Omodayo Oduntan is a thoroughbred Human Resources and Corporate Services professional with over 20 years of rich experience in developing and implementing strategies required to achieve diverse organizational goals. She is responsible for partnering with managers and functional executive to ensure the business has the administrative and human capability to achieve its current and future business objectives - through the development and implementation of sound, practical and proactive strategies, policies and practices.
Omodayo started her career in Société Générale Bank (now Heritage Bank) and also worked in MTN, People Prime, Helios Towers (now IHS Towers) and Lotus Capital. She joined Cornerstone from Unilever – where she was the Core HR Lead, West Africa (a regional role in the Central African cluster covering ten countries in West Africa). Over the years, she has garnered diverse experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Bank Operations, Credit and Marketing, Corporate Banking, Customer Service, Corporate Communications and Administrative Operations.
Omodayo attended the prestigious Queen’s College, Yaba and graduated from the renowned University of Lagos with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Management. As a result of her academic excellence, she was awarded a full University scholarship by Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited (now Total E & P Nigeria Limited).
She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and has attended conferences, seminars, workshops and trainings in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
